Ostelin Vitamin D3 1000IU provides a daily dose of vitamin D3, the form that is naturally produced in the body, in a small, easy to swallow capsule. Each capsule contains Colecalciferol 25 micrograms (1000IU). Vitamin D3 may be essential as many Australians do not achieve sufficient vitamin levels due to lack of sun exposure. Maintaining adequate vitamin D status during pregnancy may have long term benefits for maintaining the infant’s general health and well-being.

Directions for use

For adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.
