Why am I being charged for redelivery?

When you purchase from our store, the charge is for a single delivery from us to your location of choice.

Upon sending of your parcel, we provide tracking via mobile SMS and/or emails. If you do not receive the email, it is in your junk mail or spam folder. 

Please make sure you check as it is your responsibility to ensure that you receive the order before it is returned to us.

If you miss this delivery, our courier service provider will charge us for another delivery. This is the redelivery charge.
