We take great pride in our history and heritage as a pharmacy that is focused on the well being of our patients. Many of our services have been the same since our pharmacy first opened in 1916. For local customers living within 2-3km radius of our physical store located at 448 Neerim Road Murrumbeena Victoria 3163, we are able to provide a range of supporting instore services to assist our patients.

Blood Pressure Monitoring
We operate a service for patients wishing to have assistance with monitoring their blood pressure.
Medical Consultations & Reviews
As a significant first point of contact for health related issues, our pharmacy provides medical advisory consultations. There is no need for an appointment, patients can walk in and ask to see one of our experienced pharmacists.
Statutory Declarations and Document Certifications
Statutory declarations and document certifications are available by the pharmacist on duty.
NDSS Access Point
We are accreditated by Diabetes Australia to supply products to patients registered with the NDSS scheme. This is only available to walk in customers.
Absence from Work Certificates
Our pharmacy is authorised to provide valid Absence from Work Certificates recognised nationally after a medical consultation and assessment. This is a walk in service and does not require an appointment.
Free Local Delivery
We operate a free weekly delivery service during the week for patients who are unable to leave their homes due to their medical condition.
Medication Packing
A medication pack contains individually sealed compartments to help you remember when to take the right medicine at the right time. Our medication packs are packed for weekly or fortnightly with individual blisters for up to four different periods each day. It is packaged by an acceditated dispensary technician and checked and sealed by a pharmacist as required by law.
A medication pack is designed to:
1. Help you manage your medicines better;
2. Reduce the chance of forgetting to take your medicine; and/or
3. Reduce the chance of taking your medication incorrectly.
Missing or taking too much of your medication may lead to serious health problems and in worst case scenarios, an overdose can cause death.
Prescriptions will need to be left at our pharmacy as we will dispense medications as required for packing.
For carers or patients, we have a live system for you to check to see how many prescriptions or repeats we have left at our pharmacy.
Syringe & Needle Program
The Victorian Needle and Syringe Program (NSP) is a public health initiative that aims to minimise the spread of blood-borne viruses such as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and hepatitis B and C among people who inject drugs and into the wider community.
Our pharmacy provides a free service of receiving used syringe and needles in authorised containers to be disposed of safely.
Opioid Substitution Program
Our pharmacy has a commitment to providing information and advice on aspects of harm reduction to the general community. We are authorised and have limited spaces for the dispensing of pharmacotherapy to patients in treatment for opioid dependency.
Patients who are dispensed pharmacotherapy will need to be clinically stable with appropriate medical and clinical support.
Our pharmacy aims to provide the service in a friendly and non-judgmental manner in order to assist the patients in their treatment.
