Bio-Practica BioGaia® Gastrus is a clinically trialled probiotic combination, providing targeted supported with a unique Lactobacillus reuteri strain combination. BioGaia® Gastrus contains Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 17938 + Lactobacillus reuteri ATCC PTA 6475, sourced from human origin (isolated from breast milk).

Formulation notes: 

• Contains only probiotic strains of human origin: Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 17938 + Lactobacillus reuteri ATCC PTA 6475 (both strains isolated from breast milk).
• Provides evidence-based probiotic strains with clinical data to support their use.
• Delivers probiotic strains that survive transit through gastrointestinal (GI) tract without significant loss of potency (CFUs).
• Contains two probiotic strains shown to colonise the GI tract and adhere strongly to mucosal layer.
• Ensure only complementary probiotic strains are combined for optimal efficacy.
• Delivers a scientifically validated daily dose of 200 million organisms (CFUs) in a convenient one-a-day dose.
• Does not require refrigeration, for ease of use and convenience.
• Sweetened with xylitol.
• Vegetarian formula.
• Suitable for most dietary requirements with no added: wheat, yeast, soy, dairy and animal products, lactose, egg, nuts, artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives, magnesium stearate or SLS.
