Bonvit Psyllium Husks are one of the most gentle and effective sources of soluble fibre found in nature. A natural, mucilaginous, bulk-forming agent that absorbs water to help with gentle and free bowel evacuation.

Bonvit Psyllium Fibre 550mg Capsules may assist regularity, help to promote a healthy digestive system, and may assist in the maintenance of healthy cholesterol levels in healthy individuals.

Psyllium husks are Gluten Free, a natural source of soluble fibre and are suitable for low carb diets.

Directions: 

Adults: Take 2-6 capsules once or twice daily followed by a full glass (250ml) of cool water. Swallow only one capsule at a time.

Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Use only as directed. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing. If symptoms persist seek medical advice. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting is present. May cause allergic reactions in people sensitive to Psyllium Powder.Always read the label.
