How to Use:

Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.

Ingredients:

Each mL contains pure essential oils from: citrus sinensis (orange) fruit peel 300mg, citrus reticulata (mandarin) fruit peel 200mg, pelargonium graveolens (geranium) leaf 200mg, pogostemon cablin (patchouli) leaf 200mg, citrus aurantium (bergamot) fruit peel 100mg.

If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight. Store below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children. Not tested on animals. Not to be taken. Not to be used neat. Do not use if seal around box is damaged.
