Directions: 
Soften your skin by bathing or showing with soap and warm water. Rinse your skin to remove all soap. Wet the mitt and squeeze out excess water. Put the mitt on and massage your skin gently in circular motions. After use, rinse mitt in warm water and hang up to dry before storing away. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
