Martin & Pleasance herbal creams have a high potency herb concentration, up to 10%, and are carefully blended with aqueous cream for maximum absorption

Arnica is one of the most effective herbal remedies that is applied to the skin for pain & swelling associated with sprains, aches & bruises.
Arnica can also be applied to the skin for insect bites, muscle & cartilage pain, arthritis, chapped lips & acne.

Directions for Use

Apply 3 times a day or as required
Not to be used on broken skin

Ingredients

Each 100g contains 10ml of Arnica montana extract (1:5) Equiv. to dry flower 20mg/g in a naturally derived cream base.
