Oriental Botanicals Women’s Qi includes the Chinese herbs Dong quai and Cyperus, which are traditionally used to relieve menstrual cycle irregularity and period pain. In Chinese medicine, Dong quai is also traditionally combined with Bupleurum for the relief of premenstrual tension (PMT) symptoms.

Feature and Indications: 

• Oriental Botanicals Women’s Qi features the herbs Dong quai and Cyperus, which are traditionally taken to balance menstrual cycle irregularity and relieve period pain in Chinese medicine
• In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Dong quai and Bupleurum are traditionally used to ease symptoms of PMT
• White peony, Bupleurum and Cyperus are traditionally taken to relieve irregular periods in Chinese medicine
• Cyperus is also traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine, where it’s taken to ease menstrual cramps and PMT symptoms including irritability
