SupaGRIPs slide easily between teeth without shredding or fraying, which are common complaints, and are especially good between teeth where a Pikster cannot fit (mainly anterior teeth and teeth in very tight contact). SupaGRIPs have a toothpick that really works - It is thin enough to go through the interproximal area without jamming. 

Thin picks made of the usual ABS or high impact polystyrene plastic, break easily and can leave bits between the teeth, so a special new plastic was used. Test the difference for yourself. And finally, there is the grip. 

Unlike cheap narrow handles, you can get a decent grip, twist, push and pull, and generally control the flosser far better, and the intelligent design uses less plastic. EASY and comfortable to use - slides easily between teeth.
