This naturally sweet, mouth-watering tea can be enjoyed all day, hot or chilled. Keeps you hydrated and is FODMAP friendly. It may help to lower blood pressure and has no artificial flavours, colours, stimulants or added sugars. It’s the perfect guilt-free treat. Drink with peace of mind and keep hydrated all day long.

Note: Every cup of tea will provide you with approximately 3% of your RDI of iron, add a slice of lemon to this tea to achieve an even higher absorption.

Directions: 

Place 1-2 teaspoons in a teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk.
