The Period Cup by TOM Organic Size 1 Regular is ideal for a medium flow.

Made with 100% Medical grade silicone the cup comes complete with unique features such as an internal rib system to help "break the seal" and intuitive indents to allow for easy removal. The Period Cup by TOM comes complete with it's own steriliser made from 100% recyclable medical grade plastic. The steriliser provides complete sterilisation, tested to kill 99.9% of bacteria. A breathable cotton bag is also provided for storage of your cup in between usage.
