A consciously created plant-active blend of St John’s Wort, Passionflower, Lemon Balm, Skullcap, Oats and Zizyphus.

• Mood balance and emotional wellbeing: St John’s Wort helps support healthy mood balance and emotional wellbeing.
• Calmative: Passionflower is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine as a calmative and nervous system relaxant.
• Stress support: Passionflower and Lemon Balm are traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of stress.
• Sleep support: Passionflower and Lemon Balm are traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help relieve sleeplessness and support refreshing sleep.
• Nervous indigestion: Lemon Balm is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of nervous indigestion.

Directions: Adult dosage

• Take two capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Adults only.
